Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda led the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, and his delegation on an inspection visit to the General Amadi Rimi Specialist Hospital in Katsina.

During the visit, Pate inspected the hospital’s isolation centre, where he was conducted around the facility by the Katsina State Commissioner for Health, Musa Adamu.

The minister assessed the facilities and services at the centre and expressed satisfaction with the level of infrastructure and the state government’s efforts in managing the health crisis and strengthening healthcare delivery.


Pate also visited the Katsina Dialysis Centre and the Imaging Centre under construction, inspecting the facilities and progress of work.

The visit was part of the minister’s engagements with Katsina’s healthcare infrastructure and ongoing reforms.


Also present were the Director-General/Chief Executive Officer of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr Muyi Aina, and other senior health officials.
