Court Awards N140m Against PDP BoT Over Failed Leadership Suit
The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the PDP Board of Trustees’ leadership suit, describing it as an abuse of court process. The court awarded N140 million in costs against the plaintiffs and ordered their lawyer to personally pay N10 million.
