Obasanjo Backs Calls for Higher Oil Derivation Share
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says the 13 per cent derivation allocation should be a starting point for further negotiations as Bayelsa pushes for greater resource control and the completion of the $1bn Azikel Refinery.
