Speaking at the flag-off ceremony in Bindawa, Radda said the road’s deteriorated condition had disrupted movement and economic activities in the benefiting communities, making its reconstruction necessary.
“The poor condition of this road has affected the movement of people and socioeconomic activities in our communities. It is therefore imperative for us to take decisive action to restore this important road to a condition that meets the needs of our people,” the governor said.
Radda highlighted other road projects undertaken by his administration, including major roads and bypasses in Katsina, Daura, Funtua and Malumfashi.
