Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile operators and investment platforms through which investors can subscribe for its shares when its public offer opens.
The company published the approved list on its official IPO website and warned prospective investors against using unauthorised channels.
“Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here,” the company said.
The 32 approved channels comprise 19 banks, 10 fintech companies, two mobile operators and NGX Invest.
Approved Banks
The 19 banks authorised to facilitate subscriptions are:

- Ecobank
- FCMB
- Fidelity Bank
- FirstBank
- Globus Bank
- GTCO
- Jaiz Bank
- Keystone Bank
- Lotus Bank
- PremiumTrust Bank
- Providus Bank
- Stanbic IBTC
- Sterling Bank
- TAJ Bank
- UBA
- Union Bank
- Wema Bank
- Zenith Bank
Approved Fintech Platforms
The 10 approved fintech companies are:
- Bamboo
- Flutterwave
- InvestNaija
- Ladder
- Moniepoint
- Paga
- Payaza
- PiggyVest
- Vetiva Invest
- we.yan
Approved Mobile Operators
The two mobile operators on the list are:
- Airtel SmartCash
- MTN MoMo
NGX Invest
The company has also approved NGX Invest as a subscription channel.
According to the refinery’s IPO website, the offer price is currently ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at ₦5,250.
The public offer forms part of Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares.
Prospective investors have been advised to use only the 32 officially approved channels when the offer opens and to avoid unauthorised subscription platforms.
