Katsina Exco Holds Valedictory Session as Bawale, Others Bow Out

The Katsina State Executive Council has held a valedictory session in honour of the Head of the Katsina State Civil Service, Alhaji Falalu Bawale, following the completion of his 35 years of service. His tenure as Head of Service ends this August.

The valedictory session was held on Wednesday shortly after the commencement of the 13th State Executive Council meeting at the Upper Chamber of Muhammadu Buhari House, Government House, Katsina, chaired by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.

Other council members honoured during the session included Hon. Ya’u Ahmed Nowa, Funtua/Dandume Federal Constituency; Hon. Mustapha Kanti Bello, Kankia/Kusada/Ingawa Federal Constituency; Hon. Jamila Abdu Maigoyo, Mani/Bindawa Federal Constituency; and Hon. Hamza Suleiman Faskari, Kankara/Faskari/Sabuwa Federal Constituency.

Also honoured was Hon. Aminu Lawal Maye Jibia, who contested for the Katsina State House of Assembly.

The farewell session provided an opportunity for members of the council to appreciate the contributions of the outgoing members to the administration and wish them success in their future endeavours.

Following the valedictory session, the council continued with its 13th State Executive Council meeting to deliberate on key matters concerning the development and progress of Katsina State.
