Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Aminu Alhassan as the State Coordinator of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Programme.
The appointment, which takes effect from August 1, 2026, is part of the state government’s efforts to strengthen social protection programmes and improve service delivery across Katsina State.
According to the state government, Alhassan is an experienced public servant with a strong background in public administration, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, as well as programme implementation.
He has served Katsina State in several strategic positions, earning recognition for his professionalism, integrity and dedication to public service.
Announcing the appointment, Governor Radda said it reflects his administration’s commitment to placing competent and experienced individuals in key positions to enhance the effectiveness of government programmes.
“This appointment reflects our commitment to placing competent and experienced individuals in key positions to strengthen social protection programmes and improve service delivery to the people of Katsina State. We are confident that Alhaji Aminu Alhassan will serve faithfully, diligently, and in the best interest of the service,” the governor said.
Governor Radda reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening social protection initiatives and ensuring government interventions reach their intended beneficiaries, particularly vulnerable members of society.
